With over 15 years of experience and certification from the most respected national governing board (ACE), Peak Condition will provide you with customized, creative workouts that will meet your goals!

Our philosophy is based on mutually creating an individualized workout plan for each client. We don't believe in the concept of one workout for everyone. Let us help you put the fitness pieces together: strength training, cardiovascular exercise, nutrition, and mental motivation.

Covid Mitigation

Large gyms are having trouble combatting the virus and at Peak Condition our 1 on 1 training philosophy includes thorough COVID-19 cleaning. Trainers and clients wear masks, temperatures are taken (trainers and clients), and after EVERY workout, all equipment, door handles, light switches, benches, etc. are wiped down thoroughly with appropriate cleaning supplies. Hands are sanitized before and after every client. We strongly believe in providing a clean, safe, and sanitary workout space!

Our Facility

One on One training sessions at Peak Condition take place in a state of the art 1200 sq ft. studio in Louisville, CO. As you can see from the photos, we have everything you need to reach your fitness goals! State of the art commercial grade equipment (power rack, leg press/hack squat, Vectra machine with multiple workout stations)? Yep! Commercial cardio equipment (Star Trac treadmill, spin and stationary bikes, Precor AMT elliptical)? Yes! Heavy bag and boxing gloves? Yep! Dumbbells? Yes! Suspension training equipment? Yes! Bands, discs, jump ropes as well. We have everything you need!
